The 2nd graders had the best time making oobleck in science today. They learned all about changing the state of matter!

Carlee Hinz brought home first and Gracelyn Martin brought home second from the girls' meet in Red Cloud while Holden McDonald brought home second from the SNC meet in David City.
They will be back in action on Wednesday at TVC in Wilcox!

Snow ice cream was a hit at preschool the other day! The children were able to help stir and pour ingredients, which further develops their fine motor skills!
Within a month Deshler NHS will be hosting their blood drive. This time the Red Cross plans to bring stronger connective support, so we shouldn't have the delays we experienced last year! There will be calling tree for regular donors soon, but if you already would like to sign up contact an NHS member or Sra. Buss.
Hopefully the snow will stay away!
