This week in Preschool we celebrated Dr. Seuss! We had a STEM challenge that was inspired by the book, The Cat In The Hat. The students were given the opportunity to stack the cat's hat with just cups and paper. Some students chose to just use the cups, while others wanted to use both. The supply and demand lesson with the Intro to Ag class led to a highly competitive economics lesson!
We have extended the deadline to next week for our students working to reach 10 IXLs in each of our MAPS/NSCAS testing areas. Meet our juniors and seniors who already met theirs by the original deadline of 3/1. Keep working...with a goal of higher test scores in the Spring!

The attached letter and DENTAL HYGIENE CONSENT FORM will be sent home with all PreK-6th graders. If 7-12 would like the sealants, please pick up a permission form from the main entry.

Friday brought another visit from Troy Kane to the band room -- where he led a game of musical jeopardy with our 7th-12th band and choir students! Thank you to Troy -- the kids are enjoying your visits!
The show choir kids did great today at their first competition of the year in Grand Island. The judges were awesome and gave very positive feedback. Great job, Purple Reign!
Sophomores stepped up at the career fair -- dominating the "dos" and "do nots" of resume building (1st - Taneal and Danessa), placing in the top 10 (pictured here) or winning the pull up challenge (Holden - 23!). They are pictured here with the Midwest Bank booth representatives.
