Here is a look at what is going on this week.
Several FFA members spent Saturday morning planting hanging baskets and planters at The Petal Patch for our plant sale in a few weeks! They learned so much and are excited to have you see their hard work.
Our FFA members had a fun morning hosting storytime and a petting zoo at the Jennifer Reinke Public Library. Thank you to the members who helped and brought animals. 🐑 🐴 🐮 🐰
POSTPONED!
After driving the roads today, a few of the roads on the road rally could use a little more time to dry. We will be postponing the Deshler FFA Road Rally until next Sunday, March 30 at the same time. Please help us spread the word, and we hope to see you then!

FRI: Speech students going to support our state qualifiers!

Meet Tegan!
No school at DPS on Thursday, March 20th due to the weather and power outages. Stay home, stay safe, and read an AR book so you're ready to take a test on Friday! Good luck to our HS track athletes on Friday at Concordia!
The 5th graders got to practice being in middle school on Tuesday, March 18th, and reported they "loved it"! We are excited they are moving up!
NEXT UP FOR ORIENTATION: Kindergarten Round Up on April 1st AND Future Freshman Night and Future Senior Night on April 14th.
Dragon Speech Team is coming home with 2 District Champions, three state qualifiers, and medals in 6 events! Logan-Humorous District Champ & State qualifier; Danica-Poetry District Champ & State qualifier, Makenna-3rd & State qualifier in Informative, 5th in Entertainment; Jordan and Jocelyn-4th in Duet; Jocelyn 5th in Persuasive; Ella-narrowly missing medals with 7th in Poetry. Great showing by the Dragons today!
TVC Honor Band, March 24th
Previously, DPS bus services were contracted through Olson Transportation. For the 25-26 school year, DPS will be taking over transportation.

NO SCHOOL FOR DPS, PreK-12, on WED, MAR 19th. Originally only 6-12 students were having school -- but ALL CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES have now been cancelled.
