
3rd grade spent today practicing our multiplication and division facts by playing dominoes!

Quarter 1 Industrial Arts students learning how to manually code for the CNC machine and run the designs on the simulator.



Junior Brooklyn Blau and senior Braydan Schleif are the recipients of the Norman & Rosella Lunzmann Memorial Scholarship. These two, among other jrs and srs, will be recognized between the VB games and at halftime of the FB game on Oct. 7th for their college credit class load.


#feelthelovefriday Ms. Kendall is working on her Masters in Math, a SPED teacher, and a mom — but above all, she is a role model to many. Students wrote things such as “She makes everyone feel comfortable” and “She is so open to helping anyone with anything they need in life.”




This is a reminder that the junior high volleyball game today is in Nelson, not in Lawrence. Game begins at 3 PM.

Due to weather conditions and the availability of the course for tomorrow Superior is CANCELLING the Cross Country Invite scheduled for today. Sorry, Deshler Cross Country Team!


The 5th graders have been investigating gravity and air resistance. They will use their findings to try to safely drop an egg from the gym bleachers next week! Stay tuned!





Our first alphabet scavenger hunt!


This week the 2nd grade students are learning about science tools and science safety.





Junior Blake Schardt is the $100 dual credit voucher winner of the “name this scholarship fund” with his submission of “Determined Dragons.”
Anyone wanting to donate to the scholarship fund is encouraged to stop by Midwest Bank or the school!


This is the 1st wk of academic probation for gr 7-12 & the 1st wk of the After School Program. Students with missing/failing work were emailed to turn in work ASAP. If you received an email, please talk to your child & help them to be academically successful!


Math MAPS testing is done, but these Algebra students just couldn’t get enough math with Ms. Kendall.

When MAPS testing is going on for 7th-11th graders, the learning doesn’t stop for our seniors taking college classes!
