On Thursday the preschool classes visited the local post office. Kelly did a great job of answering questions and showing us around the post office. We even got to mail a letter that we had worked on at school. Be on the look out for an envelope with hearts on it! Thank you again, Kelly!!

D1-3 Sub-Districts have been announced, and our girls will be playing at Davenport on Tuesday night against Meridian. Good luck to the Lady Dragons!

The 5th graders have been learning about energy flow through ecosystems. They created a food web and learned organisms depend on each other for survival.

Good luck to our wrestling boys this Friday and Saturday at districts in Madison. State Wrestling is the following weekend. We wish them the best in the district tournament…and a big thanks to Dave Ruhge for driving and helping coach the team!



Archery students will compete in a “practice” duel on 3/3 in Nelson. K-6 will compete @ 5:30 PM, JH @ 6:15 PM, & HS @ 7 PM. Shirts should be in next week (pictured) and worn to the duel on this date. Transportation to/from the meet is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Congratulations to our local scholarship winners. Senior Chloe Mosier was the winner of the Reinke’s scholarship while senior Paiton Nash and junior Gracie Miller (not pictured) were the winners of the Lunzmann Memorial Scholarship. Thank you to our scholarship supporters, too!
