Deshler FFA Alumni’s 2nd Cow Pie Bingo begins TODAY! On Aug 12 at fair, the cow will “drop a pie” & determine the $1,000 winner — with other prizes available! The “grid” will be at local businesses until then - this wk at Midwest Bank - or buy a random # from any FFA Alumni!

Aug 3/4/5 at 8 AM: HS band members will be practicing for the Thayer Co Fair Parade. Please mark your calendars & make sure you're ready to march (wear something comfortable!). Parade is on Aug. 10th at 6 PM; lineup ready by 5:30 PM. JH will not be marching this year!

Brendan and Michelle Schardt gave school tours to DPS alumni today. There were three separate groups that came in. We are always happy to show off DPS and can’t wait for you to see the improvements we are making this summer to the entryway, locker rooms, ramp and the classrooms!

Thank you so much to TCHS and the 24 DPS student athletes who took advantage of the sports physicals at the Thayer County Health Services Clinic in Deshler before school was out! TCHS presented a check to the DPS Sports Boosters this morning - awarding ALL proceeds to this group!
The TVC All Stars swept the Northern Plains League out of Kansas in the State Line All Star VB game tonight in Red Cloud: 25-10, 25-22, and 25-9. 2022 DPS graduate Brenna Dubbert played setter while Deshler’s head coach Audrey Parks played the role of assistant coach for TVC.
