Danica, Logan, and Makenna held their own today at the Class D-1 State Speech Tournament! They may not have made it to the Finals round, but they were all strong competitors and were each very close! They made Dragon Nation proud!

Congrats to the Dragons -- taking home first place for BOTH the boys and the girls in their own four-team Twilight Meet!

Last month, guidance lessons focused on HONESTY! And these students earned Popcorn with the Principal for exhibiting this trait so well!

We are enjoying giving free books to kids! Here are a few more winners!

Currently in a dual credit class at SCC? Get your bill paid ASAP so that you can register next week for FALL classes! Unpaid balances will result in students NOT being able to register online with SCC!
New to dual credit? You must score at least a 258 on the READING portion of the test to take Health for dual credit as a sophomore OR to take College English...or a 226 on the ALGEBRA portion of the test to qualify for dual credit math at DPS.
Students who haven't met that score & want to take dual credit should plan to take the AccuPlacer on 3/31 (ID required to test!) at the school. Sign up with Mrs. Kane if you aren't already signed up!

Last week, the 7th graders enjoyed a Health fair sponsored by Thayer County Health Services.
