It is SPORTS PHYSICAL time! TCHS is again hosting sports physicals on Thu, May 9th with a female provider in the AM and a male provider in the PM.
WHEN: THURSDAY, MAY 9TH ONLY
WHY: Sports physicals for the 24-25 school year BEFORE the school year is out!
NOTE: This option is available ONLY FOR INCOMING 8TH-12TH GRADERS...7TH GRADERS WILL NEED TO MAKE A SEPARATE APPOINTMENT.
WHO: Incoming 8th - 12th graders. Seventh graders will need to have a wellness check in addition to their sports physical & will need to have a separate appointment (often times, immunizations are recommended at this appointment). 7TH GRADE: Please call the clinic to schedule this at (402) 768-6041 if you would like this completed at TCHS.
