Deshler Public Schools is excited to offer a Driver Education class again this summer from July 10th through the 14th, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the high school with five (5) hours of additional time for driving that will be scheduled with the instructor.

John Adam will be teaching the course.  He has taught drivers education at North Loup Scotia (4 years), Greeley (1 year), Ord (6 years) and currently resides in Hebron while teaching at Meridian.  If you are interested in signing up for the class, please contact Deshler Public Schools at (402) 365-7272, or have your student bring their money to the office staff.

The class is $200 per student and is limited to the first 20 students.  Payment is needed before we can hold a place in the class for a student, and students will need to have a learners permit to take the driving portion of the class.  If students can’t obtain a learners permit from the courthouse by March 1st, they should not enroll.

Please note drivers education doesn’t provide drivers’ licenses.  You will still need to contact your county courthouse to make those arrangements.
